Holiday is Nordstrom Rack’s biggest season, and a huge opportunity to pull in new shoppers and grow its social audience. To help launch a more ownable voice, the brand partnered with Tefi Pessoa, the internet’s big sister, to make holiday shopping less stressful.
Built around “The R.A.C.K. Method,” the campaign turned the spiral of finding the perfect gift into fast-moving social content packed with Tefi’s signature commentary, style takes, and a little real talk. The goal": make Rack feel less retailer / more friend sending-you-links-at-11:47 pm-saying-“wait this is actually perfect.”
